Check in is from 4.00pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 6.00pm to ensure room availability.

Payments for all bookings must be made in full at or before check in.

Please check out by 10.am on day of departure

We require a non-returnable deposit of £10 per person per night. Cheques made payable to Mrs D Woodward.

Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards, cash or cheques only.

Cancellations received less than one week prior to arrival will be charged in full.

All vehicles are parked at owners risk.

Ashfield House is completely non-smoking throughout.

Sorry we cannot cater for children under 14yrs of age.

We are unable to accommodate pets as Coco our Labrador could not cope with the excitement.

Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings of less than two nights from 1st of April through to the end of October.
